These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crazyfrogai.vip and the Crazy Frog AI video generation service. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, including when you register or sign in with Google.

2. Credits, Pricing, and Refunds

  • Videos are generated using credits. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it, based on the resolution and format you choose; generating both horizontal and vertical versions costs double.
  • Credits are consumed when a generation job starts. If a video fails to render due to an error on our side, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically.
  • Credits are not refunded when a video is blocked because your photo violates these Terms — for example, photos of minors, public figures, or people who have not consented.
  • Prices and credit costs may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of purchase or generation always applies to that transaction.
  • If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Credits already in your account remain available after cancellation.
  • Except as stated above or required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we will look into it.

3. Your Photos and Consent

  • You confirm that every person appearing in a photo you upload has agreed to be included in a generated video.
  • You may not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone whose likeness you do not have permission to use.
  • Photos must be clear, appropriate, and not contain unlawful, explicit, hateful, or infringing content. We may reject any upload that violates these rules.
  • You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us permission to use, store, and process them only as needed to generate and deliver your videos and provide your account history.

4. How You May Use the Videos

  • Finished videos are provided for your personal creation and entertainment, including posting them on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • You are fully responsible for what you do with the videos. You may not use them to impersonate anyone, deceive or harass others, spread false information, or create unlawful, defamatory, or explicit content.
  • You may not present a generated video as authentic footage or use it in advertising, political content, or for commercial purposes without our permission.
  • Adding music or other sounds when you post is your responsibility — make sure you have the right to use anything you add.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it; bypass payment, limits, or safety systems; upload content that violates anyone’s rights or the law; or help anyone else do any of these things. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without a refund of credits.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, text, templates, and software, belongs to Crazy Frog AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the service to you. “Crazy Frog AI” and our logos may not be used without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The service links to and works alongside platforms such as TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Instagram, and payments and sign-in may be handled by third-party providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service. Upon deletion, your photos and videos are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Generation usually takes 2–5 minutes, but delivery times are not guaranteed. We do not promise that any video will achieve views, followers, or any particular result on social media. You are responsible for ensuring your videos comply with the rules of any platform where you post them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crazy Frog AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or missed social media opportunities). Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
